Carrot Semiya Payasam

Ingredients
Carrot
Cardamom
Almonds
Semiya
Cashew
Ghee
Sugar
Milk

Method: Boil carrot grind and make a paste.

Take a pan pour some ghee add semiya mix well add almonds cashew add milk cook for some then add sugar cook at last for few mins add carrot paste and cardamom powder mix well cook for 2 mins serve your dessert.

Panchamrutham Roti

Method: Take a bowl add flour banana ghee cardamom milk curd honey mix well and make  rotis.
StepOne: Heat pan put the chapatis on cook with both the side apply ghee nicely enjoy your panchamrutham roti.


Kadia Butter Panner

Method: Take a pan fry all the ingredients drychillies, pepper,dhanyalu,cloves,fennel,jeera ,shahjeera, grind all these item as smooth powder which we have to use in our curry.
StepOne: Take a pan pour some oil add onion,haldi,garlic, mirchi powder tomatoes pure ,mix for a while and cook for some time add kasuri methi, butter, big size onions, capsicum salt at last add panner cook for another 10min decorate with coriander server with chapatis of fried rice.



Madras Onion Masala

Ingredients

Mirchi paste
Curry leaves

jeera powder
Baby onions

Method: Grind peanuts tilli ,coconut make a paste and keep aside.

StepOne: Take a pan pour some oil add madras onion,jeera,haldhi,garlic, mirchi powder,curry leaves,add salt mix for a while add paste which you have made earlier next add tamarind juice and little of sugar cook for 10mins serve it. 

Bread Uttapam

Ingredients

Bread
Soji rava
Carrot
Buttermilk
Salt
Onion
Mirchi
Coriander
Soda
Rice flour
Ginger (chopped) 1Piece
Green chilli(chopped)

Method: Take out the bread sides and break the bread into little items. in an exceedingly grinder add bread items, curd, sooji rava grind it sort of a thick batter. Transfer this to a bowl then add rice flour, soda combine it well. currently add finely shredded ginger, inexperienced chilly, coriander, onions, grated carrot combine it well . Heat the non stick pan at medium heat pour the containerful of batter and unfold it sort of a little uttapam. Pour some oil around uttapam to create it tender, cook until uttapam become nice and tender from either side. Serve it with chutney.

Dosakaya Pachadi

Ingredients

Dhanyalu

Channadal

Method: Take a pan boiled dhosakaya and channadal together cook for some time and keep aside.
StepOne: Take a pan add oil drychillies ,dhanyalu,jeera, peanuts,tamarind,garlic,tilli,corainder,Fenugreek ,dhosakaya channadal next take jar add all the ingredients and make a paste at last some salt and enjoy spicy dhosakay pickel.

Khoya Paneer Mutter

Ingredients 
Paneer 200Grams
Green Peas 150Grams
Onion 2Numbers
Tomato 2Numbers
Ginger Garlic Paste 1Teaspoons
Turmeric  1/4Teaspoons
Red chilli  1Teaspoons
Garam masala  1Tablespoons
Coriander Powder  1Tablespoons
Green chilli paste  1Tablespoons
Lemon juice  1Tablespoons
Khoya 100Grams
Fresh cream  2Tablespoons

Cashew nut  50Grams

CookingMethod ; 1.nbsp; create a skinny paste of edible nut and keep it a facet. 2.nbsp; Heat oil in a very pan add cardamom, sliced onion and salt cook it for two minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, inexperienced chilly paste, Red chilly powder, coriander powder, and tomatoes let it cook itfor a few time. 3.nbsp; when your time add skinny Cashew paste, green Peas, Paneer , garam masala powder andnbsp; cook it well so add Kohya add some water, combine it well. 4.
