Carrot Semiya Payasam

Ingredients

Method: Boil carrot grind and make a paste.

Take a pan pour some ghee add semiya mix well add almonds cashew add milk cook for some then add sugar cook at last for few mins add carrot paste and cardamom powder mix well cook for 2 mins serve your dessert.

Method: Take a pan fry all the ingredients drychillies, pepper,dhanyalu,cloves,fennel,jeera ,shahjeera, grind all these item as smooth powder which we have to use in our curry.
StepOne: Take a pan pour some oil add onion,haldi,garlic, mirchi powder tomatoes pure ,mix for a while and cook for some time add kasuri methi, butter, big size onions, capsicum salt at last add panner cook for another 10min decorate with coriander server with chapatis of fried rice.

Method: Grind peanuts tilli ,coconut make a paste and keep aside.

Method: Take out the bread sides and break the bread into little items. in an exceedingly grinder add bread items, curd, sooji rava grind it sort of a thick batter. Transfer this to a bowl then add rice flour, soda combine it well. currently add finely shredded ginger, inexperienced chilly, coriander, onions, grated carrot combine it well . Heat the non stick pan at medium heat pour the containerful of batter and unfold it sort of a little uttapam. Pour some oil around uttapam to create it tender, cook until uttapam become nice and tender from either side. Serve it with chutney.

Khoya Paneer Mutter

Method:  Soak basmati rice in a very instrumentality for thirty min. Take a pan add oil, garam masalas, onions sliced, salt, ginger-garlic paste andnbsp;mix well let the onions become into slight golden color then add the chicken.Spread the chicken equally within the pan then add Biryani masala, inexperienced chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, juice, red chili powder, curd nbsp;andnbsp;close the pan with the lid and cook for ten min.Take a bowl add water to cook rice, let the water boil, then add very little oil, salt, zeera and soaked rice into it. Method
To make the cooked chicken items:- Take chicken pieces during a non reactive bowl-(We use meat in order that it's nice and juicy once fried).Add salt, Aji-no-moto,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, pepper powder-pinch, cornstarch combine|and blend}-Then add one egg and mix in completely-(Egg coats the meat and keeps the juices in) Heat oil in a {very} preparation cooking pan or kadhai-Add chicken items few at a time(Do not crowd the kadhai) and fry till gently golden brown-Drain and take away on a paper towelnbsp;To build the sauce:-This doesn't ought to be very salty-so management salt Heat 2-3 tsp oil during a pan-Add cumin, add the shredded ginger and garlic and suate till fragrant-Add shredded chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chili pepper powder, salt,chilli/garlic paste, aji-no-moto, red color and mix-Cook for many minutesAdd somewhat water and so add chicken to the present paste and toss lightly-Stir within the coriander leaves and serve.

Method: Take a jar add chicken mirchi powder, chopped onion ,corriander,garlic pieces grind them as smooth paste for cutlets.
Step One: Take a bowl add mixture add little salt and squeeze lemon juice hold the mixture in hand and make shapes of chicken cutlets.
Step Two: heat pan pour oil for make chicken cutlets fry them on flame and serve it hot.

Method: Take a pan add gasagasalu , tilli fry for some after that grind it and make a paste.

Step Two: Heat pan add oil add all the ingredients onion, dry chilies, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic piece,salt add the paste which we have made earlier mix well cook for some time next add curd dhanya powder, jeera powder ,garam masala mix well cook on low flame after some time add water   then add eggs and salt cover with lid and cook for more 5 mins serve hot.

Achari Chicken

Ingredients

Method: Take a bowl put chicken,garlic paste, salt,haldhi, mirchi powder, dhanya powder,chicken,pepper,methi powder,soya sauce,tomatoes sauce,curd marinate the chicken well soak for half an hour.

Step Two: Take a kadia heat oil add the marinated chicken cook nicely for 15 mins next add mustard oil and cornflour on slow flame for some time sprinkle coriander.

  2. heat the tsb clarified butter and tsp oil then add whole cumin, mustard,gg paste green chilli stir for few mins add vegetables and cook for few mins.

  3. add jeera powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, flakes and saute them
  4. add boiled dal and some boiled dal water and simmer for some time at last add some chopped coriander .
  5. switch off the flame serve it hot with pulakas , chapattis.
